Buy a post once
Some locked posts can be purchased once instead of through a recurring subscription.
Purchase an eligible post
- Open the locked post.
- Review the displayed price and access information.
- Select Purchase or the equivalent purchase action.
- Confirm your payment.
- Open the post after payment succeeds.
The full post and applicable comments become available after a successful purchase. The purchase is recorded in your Purchased Posts area with the title, date, and amount paid.
Caution
One-time paid post purchases are non-refundable, except where a technical issue prevented access and the case is handled through VAST Support. Your access to a post you purchased is retained even if the creator later deletes the post. A creator's decision to delete content does not, by itself, qualify the purchase for a refund.
If the purchase does not unlock
Check that:
- the payment succeeded rather than remaining pending or failed;
- you are signed in to the account that made the purchase;
- the post is still available;
- the app or browser has refreshed the page.
If the charge succeeded and the content is still locked, contact VAST Support with the post link and transaction details. Do not send your full card number.
Subscription access versus one-time purchase
A subscription provides access according to a tier and billing period. A one-time purchase unlocks the eligible post under the applicable purchase. The post should explain which access option you are selecting before payment.
