Request a refund or resolve a failed payment
VAST's refund policy depends on what you purchased. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, while most completed purchases are final.
One-time paid posts
- Single paid posts are non-refundable, except where a technical issue prevented access and the case qualifies for manual review.
- If a creator deletes a post after you purchased it, you retain access to the content you already purchased. The deletion alone does not qualify for a refund.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are non-refundable.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly.
- You can cancel at any time, but cancellation applies going forward only.
- You keep access through the end of the current billing period.
- VAST does not issue partial-month refunds.
Scheduled livestreams that do not happen
If you paid for a scheduled livestream and the livestream does not happen, a refund is required under VAST's concert-ticket-style policy. Contact VAST Support with the live-event link and transaction details so the refund can be processed.
Technical issues
If a technical issue prevented you from receiving or accessing a paid post or livestream, contact VAST Support. Refunds for verified technical issues are handled manually.
Before contacting Support
Prepare:
- the account email;
- the creator channel or post link;
- the transaction date and amount;
- the payment status;
- the reason for the request.
